Transformers Dark of the Moon Sideswipe is a repaint of the Hunt for the Decepticons Sidearm Sideswipe mold, transforming into a Corvette Stingray concept. This toy is not to be confused with the other two deluxe class Sideswipes released in the DOTM toyline, so he has been given the moniker “Walmart Sideswipe” due to his exclusivity at the said retail chain and this toy's matching colors. This figure has many fake endorsements such as “Sun Bro,” “Lithonian Drivetrain,” “Axalon Rattraps”, and “Maccadams.” The number 04 is also a reference as it is the ID number of G1 Sideswipe in Japan. He also has Trenctech Autobot symbols on the rear fenders. Sideswipe includes two flare gun pistols that can be held or stored in the backpack.
