Energon Divebomb

Transformers Energon Divebomb was a brand-new mold released at the time. He transforms into a robotic hawk. On early releases of this toy, one of the included blades ended in a spike instead of a 5mm peg, and the blades' pegs and sockets had corresponding notches to keep the weapons secure. The Japanese release of this figure used the later release’s molding and doesn’t change the colors, meaning it is identical to the release pictured in this gallery. As mentioned, Divebomb includes two “Wind Knife” blades and a Decepticon Energon Chip. These weapons can be held in each hand as blades or flipped around and used as guns, but the transformation peg on the right-hand means he can’t really hold it as a gun securely. The blades can also combine to form the “Energy Raiden,” which is just a Z-shaped sword. It should also be noted that both blades have Mini-Con ports on them, meaning they can be used to activate Minicon gimmicks on both Armada toys and the larger Energon toys
